This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser of the Covered Items from RMB.

RMB's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Covered Items at its discretion. RMB shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Covered Items, or any other costs or expenses incurred.
